Hyper Fight Club is a fitness and self-defense class for teens and adults interested in becoming champions in life through improving their health and confidence, while staying motivated with a team of like minded individuals. Each session is 7-8 weeks long and focuses on a specific set of self-defense skills along with a full body workout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! You don't have to have worked out, done martial arts, or even watched a Bruce Lee movie to join this training. We want you just the way you are as long as you're ready to start training like a champion.
We do all the fitness and self-defense training with safety gear and on hand pads and heavy training bags. You're not going to get punched around in this class. You'll train like a fighter but not get hit like one!
Classes are on Wednesday nights at 8:00 and Saturday mornings at 9:15. The classes are FREE! When you enroll you'll tell us how many classes you plan on attending during that session (7-8 weeks long). For each class you commit to coming to, but don't end up attending you'll owe $5. This way you only pay if you don't hold to your commitment!
